CoS UGCC meetings are held at 4:00 pm in Bell Hall 143
UTEP UGCC meetings are held at 3:00 pm in GEOL 318 or GEOL 308.
Provost:
After undergraduate changes have been approved by the Faculty Senate, they remain on hold until the Faculty Senate approves their minutes the following meeting. After minutes are approved, Norma Boeckner generates the action report that is circulated to the Provost and President for endorsement. So usually, five weeks following the Faculty Senate's initial approval, the changes should come to the Provost.
